My areas of accreditation, study, research and expertise are in; German, travel and tourism, business administration, customer service, vendor relations, human resources, library science, physical fitness, soap milling, food and nutrition, hospitality, performing arts, herbal and folk medicine, volunteering, child and patient care and advocacy, social justice, mental health and youth counseling. My hobbies are travel, sculpting garden gnomes and Norwegian trolls, gardening, gourmet cooking, baking, and restoring antique books.
