So, us lucky juniors got out SAT grades today.

To say I'm unhappy would be an understatement.

So basically, I'm asking all of you guys out in answer land to size up my chances (if any still exist) for schools like Duke, Georgetown, Cornell, etc. or just a scholarship to a decent school like GW, Syracuse, etc.

My Stats:

SAT: 1290/2010 (I got a 12 on my essay and writing was my best section, followed but math and crit reading)

Weighted GPA: 100.35

APs: Took AP World as a Sophmore (5 on test), in APUSH ENG LANG and PHYSICS B currently, and am signed up to take 5 next yr

Extracurriculars: Model UN (have had a position since soph year), Community Serivce Club, Mock Trial, Moot Court, French Honor Society, and will probably be accepted into National Honor Society pending my application getsacceptedd

Volunteer: 20 hours at a local nursing home, about 15 hours during Penn State Summer Study (I guess that looks good because I did a pre-college enrichment program last summer) in a Comm Serv Enrichment class, and my mom has a non-for-profit computer school so I amass hours there too

SAT Subject Tests: 800 on World, 730 on Bio E

I'm probably taking the SATs again and possibly the ACTs and I have a part time job.

(BTW, I don't know if this affects anyone's decisions but I'm going for Poli Sci)

I got a 670 on Mathematics Level I, without studying or taking a practice test or anything. I just took the test thatday because I felt I could at leats get a 650, which I apparently did. My mom says not to retake it because I'm going to take other SAT IIs like French, US, and possibly Physics (after AP).

Also I got a 800 on World History this year and a 730 on Biology E last year.

I've been reading a lot of answers lately about people's SAT scores (Reasoning and Subject) and many people have been suggesting that these people who have been asking about their grades retake the test. I got a 730, 91st percentile, and I took it on June 2, at the end of my Freshman year. My parents tell me not to retake it because they don't want to see me go through all the studying again, but it's really not their decision. What would you do if you got my score and my percentile?
