Replacement taps for Bloch tap shoes?
I had to perform in my Bloch Audeos on an outdoor, concrete stage so the taps are extremely scratched. They are currently outfitted with Bloch Shockwave #2 taps (the taps the shoes were made with.) I assumed Bloch sold tap replacements but I have discovered that they don't. Will any brand of tap replacement work or do I just have to get a new pair?

I am a musical theatre performer and am looking into buying new character shoes, however I'm not sure which brand/model I want to get.
Obviously, LaDucas are the dream shoe. However, at the moment I'm WAY too inexperienced of a dancer to wear those. Anyone have any other suggestions?
