  • Frightening Symptoms for 2 months. No diagnosis. Can you help?

    Symptoms:

    - Headaches on top of head, just one side

    - Eyelash loss

    - Can breathe more thru 1 nostril more than other

    - Dizziness (better with BP medication)

    - Sweating on forehead (w/headache)

    - Teeth sensitive

    - Temple throbbing

    - Chest Pain when swallowing

    - Low muscle function in left lat

    - Muscle imbalance (feels like left legs longer)

    - Less sensation in left hand & left face

    - Less solid stools

    - Cramp in Penis? Felt like my penis was trying to turn itself inside out

    - Bad hangovers

    Meds:

    - Lisinopril 20mg

    - Formerly Accutane

    Tests:

    - CBC, CMP, Lipid Panels, LFTs, Urinalysis, 24 Hour Catecholamine test, vitamin deficiency tests, strep throat test, test for blood in stool

    - Kidney, Bladder, & Heart Ultrasound, Stress Test, 2 ECGs both abnormal & Chest Xray

What was originally thought to be the problem was High Blood Pressure. I am currently taking 20mg a day of Lisinopril, but I still find my blood pressure extremely high at times (180+/140+), & even the low points are on the high side (140+/80+)

I work out regularly, used to take pre workout, but have stopped. Will drink 2 cups of black coffee. Quit chew 3 months ago, no withdrawal symptoms. I've imited salt/calorie intake, & cut down drinking

I am a straight male who is not currently sexually active. The last time was in July. I have only had 3 partners in my time which are people I am very close to, know well & even still talk to to this very day. Although I have had unprotected sex with each of them at least once

  • Recently noticed concerning symptoms. 1st Doctors visit didn't help much. Need guidance/advice for visit tomorrow.?

To start let me explain my lifestyle as well as anything that could harm my health. I am 21 years old male (recently turned 21) and I have began drinking rather heavily (at least 5 days a week), I like getting a buzz & watching netflix as I fall asleep. I like to workout as well. I have recently stopped taking a fat burner and nitric oxide supplement I was on, but still take creatine and protein. I recently quit chewing tobacco (was not a heavy user, maybe 3 times a week). I was on accutane a couple months or so ago, but I am taking a break. I also have a nervous tick where I sniffle heavily (usually after stimulation). My symptoms include blood when wiping (bright red), groin pressure, frequent urination, lethargy, left eye pain, ear pressure (increased with caffeine and alcohol consumption), head throbbing, occasional headache, dizziness, sweats, lowered caffeine tolerance, mild fever, & mostly just not feeling myself. Went to an urgent care clinic a few days ago and the doctor believes I have an internal hemroid, or just a small rectal tear from a wide stance. He also took blood tests (CBC & a CMP I believe), & a urine analysis. There were no abnormal findings. I am truly worried as I am a HUGE hypochondriac and also fear the worst when experiencing symptoms. Any tests I should suggest to the doctor? Anyone else experiencing these symptoms or have an idea of what I am suffering from? I would also appreciate it if you could refrain from judgement.
