Tonight, I just logged onto this website, only to find an announcement that YA is shutting down next month! Now after reading that message, I don't know if this is true or just a bluff! I've already read the full-length notice (see the "Help page" link included at the top of the site pages), and it's going the route of the defunct Google Plus social network!

Well, it's been a nice 5 years using Yahoo, and I'm not even sure what else to use my Yahoo account for, other than future social media accounts.

If this shutdown announcement is actually true, are there any alternatives to YA that I can move to? And what am I supposed to do with my Yahoo account now??

It's a shame to see how far Yahoo has fallen into the void.

Over a week ago, I uploaded a re-edited version of my fandub from Christmas Eve (which was blocked almost EVERYWHERE), but as soon as it was published, it was blocked WORLDWIDE! I filed a dispute so that it could be unblocked, but it was taken down just a day after that!I contacted the claimant for a retraction, but I don't know when, or even if, the claimant will reply to my email. Here is a copy of the email I sent:

"Hello,

I'm very sorry for uploading your video on my channel. I was unaware that you were the owner of the content used in the video. I thought it was owned by the original copyright holder that was stated in the details of the claim.

This is the second time I received a copyright strike from you; the first time, I received no reply from you.

In this regard, I am begging you to please retract the copyright strike!

The last time I tried this, nothing ever happened. And I am NOT submitting a counter notification just so I can be sued; although the last time I did this, YouTube rejected my request! And If I DON'T receive a reply from the claimant, I have NO CHOICE but to wait for the strike to expire.

Did ANYONE ELSE have this issue before? Before you answer, please read this description and DON'T give ANY useless answers OR info!

I've been struggling to make more artwork since about late last month, which is why I couldn't create ANY art for Valentine's Day (well, maybe next year)!

Here are the following ideas I conceived, in no particular order (and yes, they ALL involve Samurai Jack!):

- Cyber Cupid

- SheJack (SheZow)

- Jack Kazama (Jin Kazama from Tekken)

- Jack Lunis (Lance Lunis from Sym-Bionic Titan)

- Sailor Jack (Sailor Moon)

- Jack-Gi-Oh (Yu-Gi-Oh)

- Jacky Phantom (Danny Phantom)

- more Jacky Shirogane (Takashi Shirogane/"Shiro" from Voltron Legendary Defender)

- Samurai Star Sapphire, aka violet lantern Jack (Carol Ferris from Green Lantern)

Anyway... which of these concepts should I create first? Feel free to give pros, cons, and/or any questions you may have about each idea; but PLEASE make sure to read through the entire description!

My FAVORITE holiday is just around the corner, but I'm struggling to get something created in time! Unfortunately, I couldn't create ANYTHING for last year due to time constraints and mental blocks at that point in time, so I need to do something - whether it be just a few shaded/detailed drawings, or a complex masterpiece!

I actually have two ideas (the first one was copied from one of my Deviantart journal entries).

1. A Valentine's masterpiece that would feature the following:

~ a pink color scheme

~ a heart-shaped full moon with a starry sky

~ kissing/kisses

~ me as a magical girl-style princess in an "ultimate final divine princess" form, and...

~ my top 5 crushes as my "prince charming guardian angels"

2. Cyber Cupid Jacky

Basically Samurai Jack as a cyber-galactic Cupid, who also has to prevent his own infernal opposite (demonic manifest Mad Jack) from eliminating all love in the world, along with "stabbing Jack in his pure, pulsing heart (pun intended)"!

- NOTE: Cupid Jacky wears mostly pink, whereas his infernal persona has his signature black and red color scheme.

Anyway... which of these ideas should I create? Are there any pros, cons and/or questions about each idea? Any form of help would be greatly appreciated!

- SUMMARY - 

A magical princess (portrayed by my self-embodiment, Fairy Princess Valentine) uncovers a cyan diamond urn that is actually inhabited by a divine wishmaster (portrayed by Samurai Jack), who is released through a mystical ceremony in an enchanted shrine. His demonic twin brother, Mad Jack, uses his infernal powers for the complete opposite. The princess and wishmaster instantly become best friends, and must prevent the dark prince from claiming the ultimate power source to attain eternal youth and darkness. 

Inspired by the classic PlayStation 2 video game "Dark Cloud", the match-3 game "Genies & Gems", and even Samurai Jack Season 2 Episode 2: "XV - Jack Tales".

Are there any improvements I should make to this idea? If so, what are the pros and cons?

I just uploaded a new video yesterday, but the claim said it was blocked in Australia; no other countries were listed until my dispute was rejected today! I disputed it as fair use, and I'm scared to appeal the claim just to risk another strike, which happened to me in April! Apparently, copyright owners and video platforms don't care IF your content falls under fair use.

I cannot remove the claimed content, just appeal (it's the ONLY action listed). I don't want to risk another strike if I cannot resolve it (which I couldn't do last time).

If I cannot unblock my video or reinstate it in case the said video is taken down, what am I supposed to do in order to let everyone see it?

I asked 3 questions about this topic yesterday due to the character limit in the description, but I never received any answers and they were all deleted when I logged in today! I created a plan for what kind of art to make, and I've been trying SO HARD to create sketches for digitalizing in time for the occasion, but I managed to get one sketch made!

Two days ago, I asked a question for some advice about an ongoing struggle since my childhood, but I never got a single answer. It still remains visible in the category "Entertainment > Other - Entertainment", and no, it wasn't ghosted at all. I don't know why, but I feel like I can't even participate on here anymore.

Am I the only one who notices this?

Since I was 10 years old, I felt like I was dating Samurai Jack, but I didn't tell my mom and grandma until I was almost 12; I don't remember how they reacted, but I felt like they discouraged it. Since then, my family and doctors insisted that I was delusional for having a cartoon crush! When I was 16, everyone I've met (mainly kids in my age range) asked me insulting questions like "why are you dating a cartoon character?" "do you have a REAL-LIFE boyfriend?"; I still feel like cartoon characters were my TRUE family, friends, and love - real-life "people" were NEVER like that to me. I have even more fictional crushes now, but still no REAL-LIFE ones, especially since NOBODY like my crushes even exist. I'm 20 going on 21 now, and I still feel like this.

Last night, I checked Yahoo on my phone through Firefox, but I got a message saying "this site is unsafe", but I had to proceed anyway. And now, the same thing has happened with this site through Opera on my laptop, and I proceeded again. 

Aside from this, there's another issue: every time I try to add images to my questions, I get an error saying "something went wrong, please try again later".

I'm not sure why this is happening now, but it was fine yesterday!

Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

If this one doesn't show up, something must be wrong! 

Whether or not I use links in my questions, they never appear in ANY category! I tried moving my questions to different categories, but they just don't stay for some reason.

My most recent question was asking if requesting retractions for deleted YouTube videos ever works, but every time I asked the question, it was ghosted! The 2nd & 3rd times did NOT include any links, but it still happened anyway. Is this some sort of ongoing glitch?

This is the THIRD time I had to delete the original question since it was ghosted, so I had to remove the link from the last one (which was ALSO ghosted). If this question doesn't appear in ANY category, I don't know what else to do! Anyway, here was the original question.

This April, I got my first copyright strike after I disputed and even appealed that my video fell under "Fair Use" as a dubbing video (which was a fan DUB)! About an hour after I submitted the dispute, I got an email saying "Hi! Claim status false", then I appealed before my video was taken down only a day after I uploaded it! I tried to submit a counter notification, but YouTube rejected it! I even tried contacting the claimant for a retraction with the email they provided, but I NEVER got a reply! All I can do is wait for the strike to expire, with no hopes of ever getting a retraction!

The video was removed, and had to be reuploaded onto Dailymotion and Veoh, both of which have lasted so far. Unfortunately, I had to remove the link, since my question was ghosted as usual (which NEEDS to be fixed). 

It truly WAS a dubbing video, but the clips I used in the video can no longer be found on YouTube for some reason (deleted, maybe?). It has been 2 months since I tried sending the request.  

The above message after submitting a dispute sounded very random to me, but is it even legitimate?

Has ANYONE else tried the same thing before? If so, has it EVER worked?

This started about yesterday, when my tabs suddenly crashed after reloading them, and I got an error message. It happened with a lot of my open tabs, then the screen suddenly went black for a second and Firefox shut down! And it's not just the browser window, it was the entire screen! I just ran a full system scan with Windows Defender on my PC laptop, and it said "no threats were found". I am using Windows 10 Home version 10.18363 Build 18363. (I also have the Firefox app on my Android phone, but I'll be getting a brand-new phone when it's released). Is anyone else having this issue?

Within the past 3-4 weeks, none of my questions ever appeared in ANY category I posted them to, and they remained unanswered for more than 1 day. And since then, I had to delete EVERY single question I asked! Was it the pre-filter catching them? If THIS question doesn't appear, could the filter be broken? If so, has anyone else been experiencing this issue? I don't know if it was the content I added or WHAT.

I had to delete the last one since it never showed up. Anyway...

The images are the same fan-made character base, it's just one was altered (primarily for shirtless attires).
