I’m currently pregnant, due December 4th. I’m wondering who is supposed to claim our daughter when tax season comes around? The father and I are not married, but we do live together. We both cook for a living, however he is an executive chef while I’m a line cook- he makes twice as much as I do. I’m 26 and he is 29, and we live in Minnesota. This is both of ours first child. I am currently on MedicAid to assist with these Dr. bills. Thoughts?? Thank you!

My boyfriend and I are supposed to be dieting together, but he has been pretty terrible at it. He justifies eating garbage by saying "fatty foods doesn t make you fat". But I ve been following the most basic principle that I need to burn more calories than I consume. I ve never been big on nutrition, honestly it bores me to death, but I need a decent argument for the next time he grabs a half pound cheeseburger and says it s just fine. Haha. Thanks!

Okay, so. I met him at the restaurant I work at, he was at my table and I happened to mention to my coworker, who I didn't know was his best friend, that he's really cute. Well it ended up with him asking for my number, and now a week later, I've spent every night at his place since that night and he's now my coworker. He calls me his girl, invites me over every day, holds me close at night.. But he hasn't even kissed me yet. All of my friends I've talked to thinks its absolutely insane, and I agree. In his defense, his brother has been staying in our hotel room every night, and its pretty obvious he's not over his ex, who he moved back here to get closure from. But still, I've been in these kind of situations before, where he's getting out if a serious relationship, and in my experience guys don't hesitate to make a move. I would've already hooked up with him by now, but I refuse to kiss him first. What is his deal?! He's the only guy I've been actually interested in in the last year and its frustrating me like crazy.

Just curious of people's opinions. I didn't expect to like it very much right away because Black Ops pretty much blew for me, but I really like it so far, I think the plot of everything taking place in the next decade is interesting with the guns and such. Not having my ak47 is fairly painful though..

and somehow i keep getting put in custom games with 18 people that I can't use my classes the way I had them set up. It didn't do this the first few hours I had the game, but ever since last night it's been all messed up. What the hell ?

I'm about to block somebody I'm talking to on Facebook, we already have a conversation going. What I'm wondering is when he tries to message me back, will it say that I've blocked him? Or will it just not show me at all in his messages ?

I had an interview with the general manager at Ruby Tuesday's for a server position last Friday. I have over three years of restaurant experience including serving experience. I thought the interview had gone pretty well, I made him laugh and it seemed that we made a pretty good connection. He told me he would make a decision and shoot me an e-mail in 5 days, it's now been a week. Since he originally contacted me to meet for an interview through e-mail and also told me he would e-mail me his decision, I figure that's his preferred way for contact. What do you think I should say in my e-mail? Or do you think it's too soon? And advice would help. 10 pts.

Should I be concerned? My doctor said if I was late on a pill I shouldn't have unprotected sex for a month, which is most definitely NOT gonna happen lol... So how late is "late"?

Red Loster just called me, said they wanted to interview me in a couple hours for an open hostessing position. The position isn't ideal, but I figure if I can crosstrain into becoming a server after I become comfortable with the job, I could make some good money. Has anyone interviewed here before? Are the questions difficult, or a fairly basic restaurant interview? Do you remember any of the questions? Also, my availability has changed since I applied, do you think my job at Buffalo Wild Wings would be a problem?

Hi. I'm on my last week for this months birth control and I'm pretty sure I've lost the last five inactive pills? I've read that if I miss these pills it doesn't matter since they're just sugar pills, and I won't need to wait to have unprotected sex? Does anyone know anything about this?

Hi. I'm in my first month of birth control (Junet Fe 1/20) and I was just wondering if I can have unprotected sex during the week with the brown pills? I know I can't this month since my doctor told me to wait a month before having unprotected sex. But what about in the future months?

I'm 20 and I take my pills every night at the same time; 11:30. I don't want the whole "birth control is only 98% effective and doesn't protect against stds" speech, I'm not a child looking for sex ed homework help... I know for a fact my fiancé is clean. Just wondering about the brown pills.

I took a job offer yesterday and I was just wondering if anyone had any insight? Did you like working there? What was your training like? They're starting me off as a hostess to kind of get the jist of things before I start serving in April when it gets crazy for spring break. Thanks guys.

I just put in my application, and I'm pretty sure I will qualify... I'm 18 and I'm living with my boyfriend in Florida, but we pay for our own half of rent, food, electric, etc. Rent for me is $300 a month, electric is usually around $75, and my car payment is $200. I work at Target and only make about $900 a month after taxes. Needless to say I don't have almost any money left over for myself, and I'm hoping to get help through food stamps... I'm trying very hard for a better job but its extremely rough where I live. I'm just wondering how much per month or week you think I will qualify for?

Bought the car 3 months ago for 17k and now that I look back on it it really wasnt the best deal. It's paid off and now I want something faster. Trying to get a Mustang GT CS but the dealer is giving me a low blow on the trade in value so I'm going to try to sell it myself. 42k miles, super clean and in excellent condition. How much would you ask for it?
