Had a bad fall and ended up in the ER with a displaced proximal humerus fracture. Am in a sling and since it's a weekend it'll be at least another day before followup with an orthopedist. I understand the really severe pain in my shoulder and upper arm (I'd rather have another baby!), but don't understand the horrendous pain in my forearm. Could it be from muscle spasms?
