I'm an on demand Courier and I'm paid 50% of what the person I contract from charges. Am I entitled to have a copy of their rate card and know what they are charging their clients to make sure I'm receiving my 50% accurately. 

I have a 2015 Hyundai Sonata Sport 2.0T has 83,423 miles Purchase in August 2018 from a local Ford dealer. Fast forward to Monday of last week. Started hearing a whining noise that got louder and more consistent. Seemed like I was losing power with the car. Had it towed to Hyundai because I thoughtI had a warranty. Well the powertrain warranty is non transferable. So they looked at the car. The Intake Air boot that goes from the air filter box to the turbo had come off. Well that boot is a recalled part. They tell me now I need a new turbo, that the turbo is coming apart internally. They're quoting me almost $3,000 to fix this. I do not have $3,000. I would think somebody should be responsible for this repair because the recall part failed. the mechanic tells me that from that boot coming off did not cause that turbo to be damaged. crazy but I did not have any problems with my car until that recall part came off. Could you tell me who may be responsible.

The executor actually would like to buy the property from her. Does anyone know where we can get a power of attorney form both in German and in English. Is this also what we need to do in order for him to buy the property. Again it was left to her, but the executor is supposed to take care of this. Any help advice info would be greatly appreciated. Going to Germany to handle this is not an option. Thank you in advance.

The nurse argued with me that I had 3 ekg's done and I told her only one she argued and argued with me then came back and said she was sorry she was looking at somebody else's info. After 7 hrs I finally was given a room. 5 minutes after I got in the room they brought another gentleman in. He was already being loud and rude with the nurses. This was at midnight. For the remainder of the night he screened, cursed, threw things across the room. After his last tantrum of 30-40 minutes of screaming at the top of his lungs that he wanted his Narco and a sandwich. I got up and told the nurse I wanted to check myself out. She offered me a room a couple doors down but by this time I did not feel safe in this hospital. I didn't have to get up and get dressed cause when I left the hospital after a total te of 12 hrs I was still in my street clothes. I checked myself out and went home and went to sleep where I was awoken with severe pain again. I went to a hospital a little further away where I was diagnosed as having had a heart attack. I had previous stents cleaned up and 2 additional stents put in. My question is how to proceed with this. Should I contact my health insurance company. Should I go after the hospital for compensation. Thanks in advance.

Today 2 weeks later, I was notified I will be laid off in 5 days. Therefore I am not going to be able to have my 1400. I called the salesman he said call a week before its due and he can get me another week. But looking at worst case scenario what if I cant have it all. I still need to take care of my usual bill and my car note. Am I best off just giving them the car back right now? Do I have any options? Thanks In advance

She lives in Germany and wants to visit her sister in the US, and maybe eventually move here. What is the procedure for her to come here to visit her.

The scenario is such as this, first off, I have asked her father, and her 2 daughter wich are both teenagers. She will have the address to the hotel in her GPS and will be asked to go to that address. She will arrive to scattered rose petals guiding her to the room. Inside the room will be candle lit and many more rose petals, a dozen roses, choclate covered stawberris,champage, and me on one knee of course. She showed me a ring about 7 months ago that she reallly loves and wanted, its a heart surroundes by her birthstones, and as bad as she wanted it i thought i would give that to her for an engagement ring. shes not really into diamonds, so is this an ok idea, and is this a decent scenario. the guy she was with was basicly a jerk. he cheated on her, never showed her any respect, disrespected her children. he has been trying to get her to come back to him telling her he loves her and has changed. i recently posed as a female online to prove he is still a dirt bag. altho they r not together he texted the online girl some pretty explicit things i wont go into (use your imagination)all at the same time texting my now girlfriend that he loves her and wants her back. what a peice of .... anyhow she still has some contact with him, she says she would never be with him again but is still friends. she has no idea what keeps drawing her to him. me either really, id like to just beat him down. my question is basicly just feed back from yall on why she cannot rid herself of him, she says she dont know why. i do ask that people keep rude degrading comments to themselves.

She claims to have been being touched inappropriatly from her grandfather for 5-6 yrs. My question is, isnt it the responsability of the hospital and or also her school to report this to the authorities.
