Being blocked by an immature young person simply because he/she doesn't happen to like the genuine accurate answer I give (I am an experienced HR Manager) doesn't bother me one little bit. The only reason I immediately block that person back is for the little red symbol that shows beside the name of a blocked person, and when I see this, I am able to avoid wasting time clicking on their question (that I cannot see).
