My dog used to have small seizures. I changed the food I was feeding her and stopped giving her rawhides or anything else that is not made in the U.S. and everything stopped. I was sooo glad and she must be too. I have heard that other countries are allowed to use chemicals to make rawhides that the U.S. are not allowed to. The food I'm feeding her is Chicken Soup For The Dog Lover's Soul....I know, stupid name but it is good food for a reasonable price. As a rule of thumb dog food they sell in grocery stores and department stores is not so good. They have lots of preservatives that can ruin a dogs health, cause cancer and the food usually has a lot of fillers that a dog can be allergic to.
