I've practiced Zen Buddhist meditation for two decades, serve as a teacher in my tradition, and am the retired abbot of a Zen center in the United States. Sometimes people ask what Zen is all about. It's very simple: How can I help you? If you keep this "how can I help?" mind throughout your daily activity, you will make an enormous difference in the world.
