I have a red f-150 I want to accend the red with a different. I didnt real want to,use black sence it,most common but I would like some ideas can some help???

Im 26 i weigh 240 and im looking to loose a lot of weight bout 40 lbs by may... I go to the gym 3-4 times a week and i have a cousin that is deicated to fitness and is helping me but im not sure im gettin the results i want.... This is the third week i have been goin to the gym and maybe its too early to see a lot of results but its been so long since i have been in a gym doin this. Could someone help with a little advice or maybe just reasure that if i stay at it i will see results i dont kno?????

Not all people just some.....i just read a question and it stated (how do i get my baby to stop crying no matter how hard i shake her she dont stop)..... Really are people that stupid, or do they put stupid **** on here just to get attension because the is ignorant. I have a 1 year old and i could not imagine doin anything like that to my son. Yea u get frustrated but u dont do that. So my question is y are some people so stupid???? Do they really not kno or do they do it for they hell of it???
