  • Should I dispute this?

I recently checked my credit report and found some anomalies on both TransUnion and Experian (Equifax had everything right - good for them!). Both had me listed as taking out a car loan in 2001 (which I didn't), and one has me opening a credit card in 1995 (which I didn't). However, the car loan was paid in full without a single late payment, and the credit card was paid in full, no late payments, and eventually closed by request of the actual customer.

I don't really understand exactly how credit works, but since these are both 'good' accounts, wouldn't disputing them actually hurt my credit rating?

  • Nice place to live near Cleveland?

I'm considering taking a job in Highland Hills, which would mean a big move for me. Having never been to the area before, I would appreciate some help. I've done some preliminary research, and I know that Highland Hills is not the nicest part of town, so where is?

I'm 30-ish, married, and enjoy a quiet life. My main concerns are high quality of life and low crime, especially since I'll be traveling a lot and leaving my wife at home alone for days on end. So far I'm leaning towards Broadview Heights (not too expensive, low crime rate), but statistics only tell part of the story, so I'm open to suggestions.

    Thanks!
