I don't claim to know everything about hip-hop, but I do try to listen to as many artists as I can and continuously grow my knowledge and understanding for hip-hop and rap as a whole. Mainly underground, it's amazing how many great artists you can find if you just keep looking. Tupac Shakur is my favorite rapper of all-time, and no, I'm not a dick rider I just loved his music. Gift of Gab is my favorite rapper currently, though. Some of my other favorites are The Roots, Nas, Mos Def, Biggie, Em, Reks, Common, Pharoahe Monch, Del Tha Funky Homosapien, Scarface, Kendrick Lamar and the list goes on and on.
