I come from an "alcoholic home" where both parents drank and were emotionally abusive, especially my father. I am a recovering alcoholic, anorexic & bulemic for 19+ years through AA and a spiritual life. Once in Recovery, I was diagnosed with Major Depression, Anxiety and OCD and have been on medication and fortunate to receive many years of intensive psychotherapy. Due to mental illness, I have been disabled almost 10 years. I have been married to wonderful man for 4 years and we choose not to have children b/c of our ages. I love to read and develop my spiritual side as well as focus on wellness. I have a BSN in Nursing (RN). From my life, I like to share my experience, strength and hope with others.
