Hi, So I would like to know how old you have to be to lift weights, My mom said lifting weights would stunt your growth. Here is the story why: So in my martial arts class (I'm a black belt) I got paired up with this giant kid and after my shoulders and my stomach ached. Then I get kick on the back of the head and people told me I got a concussion.( we were doing sparring). The only reason I did not hit har was because something bad might happen to him. So anyways I felt "THAT IS IT, IM NO ONES PUNCHING BAG." (Of course in my head. So if anyone could help that would be nice :)

Hi, so my best friend has a very abusive girlfriend and she always hits him and throws objects at him like knives. One day me and others had to restraint her. So my girlfriend(I guess), me and another friend were holding her back. Now we all know that me and my friend are black belts in tae Kwan doe. So I'm gonna call the abuser H. H starts beating my girl and I get pissed and move shove her away. H punches me in the face, 3-4 time. Then I got so pissed I landed a punch right on her nose. H started crying and walked away quietly. So my question is was it okay to hit her, because I'm afraid, because you can hit a girl. Plz help!!!

So, In my middle school I have this girl in my science, and literacy classes, she is Alain on my bus. So in science and english when I look back I see her a lot of times smiling back.
