Extended stay law in Ohio for Motels?
Does anyone know the law for extended stay motels in Ohio? Specifically how long is a guest allowed to stay at a motel without extended stay status, before he has to check out. Also how many days does guest have to wait before being allowed to check back in.
thank you
1 AnswerOther - US Local Businesses1 decade agoNeed help to counter a bank charge from one of my customers.?
A customer made wedding reservations to my motel and did not show up. So because we blocked the rooms, we charge his credit card. Now he's contesting that with the cc company. So we got a letter from the bank with 2 weeks to respond. Any resources that are available to help me draft this letter to the bank?
thank you.
4 AnswersCredit1 decade agoLegal options for someone who borrowed money and does not return it?
Question for someone with law experience:
An acquaintance borrowed 5,000 from me promising to return it in 2 weeks. I drafted a letter in which we stated that he would return the money + 1,000 extra and we both signed it. (the letter is not notarized) 6 weeks later he keeps changing the deadline, does not return the calls, emails and keeps coming up with excuses to buy more time. What are my options to deal with this situation from a legal perspective? Thank you.

1 AnswerSmall Business1 decade agoCan the 15% self-employment tax be waived/reduced on services for non-profit clients?
i've been providing graphic design services to a 501c3 nonprofit NGO for the last year for a standard monthly fee. When i need to file taxes in April is there a way to reduce/waive the %15 self employment taxes?
They were my only client and i have been volunteering for them in other areas. But i charge for the graphic service.
Thank you
