I am a musician in Northern Virginia living just a bit outside of DC. Property Management is my day job (manage HOAs/country clubs - I hate HOAs but they pay decent). I am on this site because I enjoy helping people. Generally you will find me in Health/Fitness or relationship advice. Also, sometimes I take a peak at mental Health.
