Since the changes in Yahoo Answers, I have not been able to find how to report inappropriate answers/questions or spam. Has that function been eliminated?

When I first got my Blackberry Storm 2, I thought I was able to sign-in to Yahoo Answers. But now, for some reason I can't sign-in to enter an answer.

When a question is deleted due to a community guideline violation, but there have been answers already posted to that question. Do the points that were awarded for answering the question stay or do they also get deleted?

I have had an external hard drive attached for a couple of years, but now my laptop will not recognize the drive. The laptop gives the audio sound when I plug in the USB, but the drive won't show up on my hard drive list when I open the computer drives.

If a person was working at a job and at the end of their 90 day probationary time, their boss confronted them with the option of resign or be terminated and presented no justification, is that legal? In the southeast wisconsin area that I live in, we have several educational associations that can raise real estate taxes without a public vote. How can that be possible? One in particular, the Board of Directors for the school are appointed, they essentially report to themselves and they can raise real estate taxes without a public vote.

Is Wisconsin different or the norm as far as real estate taxes. Do educational facilities have the authority to just increase real estate taxes without a public vote or accountability to anyone? I suspect this is why Wisconsin real estate taxes are one of the highest in the country.

If this is legal, what would be the process to make it that any increase in real estate taxes must be voted on by the public?

I just adopted an 8mn old Snoodle (Schnauzer/Poodle) from the Human Society. I have never had a dog that needs to be groomed (trimmed). I know it might make a difference on where you live.

Could you give me some idea of what to expect as far as grooming costs?

Guys, if you had a long term crush on a guy that you wanted to date, and you finally had the chance, and it ends up you really like each other. You end up having sex and found out he was uncircumcised, but you don't like an uncircumcised penis:

1. Would you be shallow enough not to date him again?

2. Would you be shallow enough and expect him to get circumcised?

3. Would you be accepting enough that it wouldn't make any difference?

4. Would you consider other options?

I have a 1981 Fiat Spider that since setting over this winter will not start, when I turn the key it will run for about 10-15 seconds and then die. I suspect that since I didn't put any fuel stabilizer in the system until well into winter, the fuel lines might gotten kind of gunky. I think the tank was about 1/4, and I have put in several gallons of fresh gas hoping this would help, so far it did nothing.

I have done some fairly minor work to the mechanical system since I purchased the car but I don't feel I have enough knowledge to do a major repair.

For this starting issue, I'm thinking that I might try changing the fuel filter, expecting it to be somewhere in the engine compartment. But I am reading that it is underneath by the fuel pump.

Can anyone give me a clue that if I get the car off the ground, with my limited mechanical skills, will I be able to change the filter with to many problems? Does the gas line need to be pinched off or will there not be any fuel in the lines with the car not running?

Any other help would be appreciated, I am needing to sell this vehicle and with it not running, it's very difficult.

I think everyone has had the opportunity to see straight couples kissing and showing their affection to each other in public.

Except for a very few cities in the USA, as a gay or lesbian couple, do you feel that you do not have the same opportunity to show your affection to your partner?
