At this point I'd say below average.

Wins and losses matter, failure to capitalize on ridiculously cheap high end talent matters, leaving Robin Ventura to manage matters, being unable to fill out a roster with actual MLB talent matters, and all this despite the advantage of being one of the least DL’d teams in baseball.

So it feels warm and fuzzy that they were able to take super star talent on cheap contracts and trade for shiny prospects but ….. this organization wont get credit for that until a division title banner is hanging in 2019 or 2020 and they open a 4 or 5 year window of World Series contention.
