Help in getting electricity bill made on own name?
I am in Bangaluru PIN125,and have moved into our own flat. To get the electricity bill made on our name a No Objection Certificate is required then the electricity office itself is asking us to contact the contractors to pay a fee and get it done. These are intermediaries who take a heavy fee for coordinating the issue.Can some one guide us so that it can be done with ease thus trying to put a stop to this corruption.
