  • chest pain?

    I am this feeling where as if my heart feels heavy and I'm doing a CD workout (insanity) and I really never had this feeling and it's not hurting mayor just only a light heavy feeling when jumping jack ,mummy kick and was wonder if I can just tuff it out it finish. Also I'm young(17) and just trying to get more fit.
