I just popped a couple and yes it does make you feel "good" quicker I guess because of the caffeine in the excedrin. I take these for my spinal cord injury and I struggle everyday to ease my pain. Excedrin also works well with other painkillers like percocets, oxy I prefer lortab they don't make me feel dizzy as much as lortab does and it helps my pain. I hope that this helps you!!!!
