I teach, coach, train and assist in many outreaches. I majored in the phsychology of sport and not only have a winning attitude, I teach how to get a winning attitude. If you want to be a world class winner, then read every book ever written about your sport of choice. Read everything you can magazine articles written by atheletes in your field. Books, short stories, watch movies about the interests you have, especially if you are in search of achieving a world class ranking in a particular sport. How do you expect to win if you accept loss? You must hate to lose and be prepared to do everything in order to keep loss from introducing itself to you. My favorite quote is: "Show me a good loser and I will show you a loser" I believe as do my students that winners are readers and that readers are leaders. If you don't love reading you do not and can not love yourself or the direction you are heading. I am 56, I surf, skateboard, snowboard and teach the power of possitivity and preparation.
