    i recently got married.....i used my drivers license, passport/ birth certificate to get my marriage license here in chicago. now today my friend asked me if she could use her mexican consular card and her birth certificate to get a marriage license and get married .....i wasn't sure if she could use it or not......her boyfriend doesn't have that problem because he is an american....i wanted to know...what does a person who obviously isn't legal here in the US...what do they need to get married.....like what documents cant she use...or if its even possible to get married.....and is there a special requirement for her birth certificate???
