1999 Volvo V70 Base - The climate fan, radio, wipers and power windows don't get power for 30 seconds to 3 minutes after I start the car. I suspect a faulty relay, but the only ones that I can find are with the heavy fuses, next to the air cleaner, and aren't in this circuit. There is no fuse panel in the dash or at the back of the car. Does anyone know where the relay for this circuit would be located? Thanks.
