Ok, so I had an interview at Subway on Thursday, but it was not with the hiring manager. The hiring manager told me to come in Thursday for an interview but she called out of work. Instead, the shift leader gave me an interview. After the interview, the shift leader told me she liked me and wished she had a say in the hiring process. I guess the manager is leaving soon and this shift leader is being promoted to manager soon. The shift leader told me that the manager would be coming in Friday and I should get a call for either a follow up interview or a job offer. I was wondering, if I don't get a call by Sunday, should I go up there Monday and see what is going on???
