Hi! I grew up on a farm, so I have a fair amount of "horse sense." I've lived with cats and dogs my whole life, and kept fish for a number of years. I've had a couple of hamsters in the past, and used to have a parakeet. I'm currently sharing my home with two cats and fish. I read, a LOT, so I know a little about a lot of things, and a lot about a few things, lol! Was married, raised a couple of kids, got divorced. After nearly 20 years, I am now finally married to someone new. I would like to stress 2 things. One: If you consider getting any kind of a pet, read up on it! Get a book from the library, or a pet store or book store. Find out all you can before you adopt some creature you may not be prepared to properly care for. Two: Pet overpopulation is a serious problem. Please get your pet spayed or neutered, and vaccinated. Thanks!
