Help with a speeding ticket. Should I appeal a speeding ticket in MD?
Wondering if anyone can help me? I got a speeding ticket going 39 on a 30 mph zone, went to court today to plea not guilty. But unfortunately the Judge ruled not in my favor and found me guilty for 1 point and fines. Should I appeal considering that the speed limit was not posted where I was pulled over?
