is my Asus gtx 970 defective card?

Hi guys I purchased a new rig a while ago

Specs

I5 4690

Asus h97 motherboard

Asus gtx 970

Corsair vengeance 2x4 GB ram

Cooler master 700 watts PSU

Haf 912 cabinet

2tb WD HDD

Windows 8 pro

Dell 21.5 inch monitor s2240l

Since purchasing I had one problem of flickering and horizontal lines in the monitor .I set everything to avoid the problem like turning vsync adaptive and triple buffering on but didn't help I even tried to lower the settings but the lines did not disappear. I checked my cabinet the motherboard everything is connected well no problems I even updated the driver and reinstalled over 3 times bit never changed the flickering. Even on other games like watch dogs and metro last light the flickering appears .i use hdmi cable btw! It is of a good quality.is it my card defective? and it reaches the max temprature of 75° C is it a normal temperature?

What should I do?

Everything works well except in games I see horizontal lines .I have tried everything I possibly could I turned the vsync to adaptive and triple buffering to on in the nvidia control panel but didn't change a thing or is it due to the monitor? The monitor I'm using have 7 ms response time is it high? What should I do in getting rid is this ?

Resolution is not full hd so any problem?

I'm so confused between 2&4 gb versions of gtx 770 some of the articles say that 2 gb is obsolete because games are starting to use more than 2 gb of v ram. I play games at 1080p

Gigabyte d85 motherboard

Dell full hd monitor

These specs cost around 80000rs. Or 1300 $ because the parts are too expensive in India.

When I tell them to buy a pc they're saying that gaming is childish, it's a waste of money and the are many alternatives to that but they bought laptop for my brother costs around 1050$ or 70000rs but isn't that a waste of money? But they're saying it's useful. How stupid is that? Is there any way to convince them? Please don't tell me to downgrade the pc because it's my dream :)

I'm planning to build a pc with the following specs

Intel i5 4670

Nvidia gtx 770 (asus)

MSI 970A-G46 Motherboard

Baracuda 1 tb hard drive

Ram 4x2 gb

Do I need a additional cooler for these specs? I'll never overclock my cpu nor gpu ever. I heard that i5 4670 stock cooler would do fine and cooler is need for the K version because of overclocking.

If yes what cooler I need to buy? With an affordable price

Nvidia gtx 770

MSI 970A-G46 Motherboard

Baracuda 1 tb hard drive

Ram 4x2 gb

Dell S2240L 21.5 inch LED Backlit LCD Monitor

Please don't recommend an i5 4670 over this cpu I know i5 is better than any amd fx but 8320 offers the more bang for your buck and fits in my budget

1.is amd fx 6300 a good cpu?

So I've written the story :-

Ram is a man who finished his ug and searching for job but he have strange habit of following people to the home and stalking them by collecting their information and he writes down in his dairy so one day while he was following a girl to her home by his motorcycle he raised too much attention. The suspicious girl calls the police immediately and police arrived at her home they the guy standing outside the girls house and arrested him

He was then later released by his parents when they asked why did he follow the girl he says that for time pass on the next day while police reading newspaper he found that the girl was murdered suspicious police rushed to ram's house where his parents told he had gone to banglore with his friends but when the police called his friends they told that they haven't seen him for months while investigating the house the police found a dairy he was shocked because all the persons were murdered by a serial killer that killer was him frustrated police sighs

Actually this will be the first movie I will be directing i have been thinking since I saw some thriller movies like se7en, memento, American psycho, following these are actually great movies which has superb storyline so I was thinking about directing one of the films so please tell guys do you have any ideas how should screenplay look like or give an example. I am 18 year old guy studying in college.

Ok i have following problems

*I really feel anxious or nervous when i meet new people.

*I feel nervous around my crush in college i can't even look at her eyes

*when people mock me i will think of it and i will worry about that even i thought of killing those people

*I will get angry sometimes for small reasons like if my mom scold me etc.

*i am bit shy of talking to people I won't complete a word or i will not speak loudly

*I have constipation problem so i used to take laxatives but now I stopped.

*i will always have a feeling of urinating Atleast 4 times an hour

*I like to help some people even though i know they are fake.

Most weirdest of all is

*i will apply coconut oil in between my toes i am doing this for about 10 years yet I couldn't stop this habit.

So somebody seriously help what problem do i have

I'm planning to buy a,new car which car do you think is better. I like verna because of its performance and acceleration. I like city because of it's new exterior style and features but I feel like city engine is underpowered because just 99 ps is very low.
