I'm here because I think I might be able to help someone with a good answer. My pledge is that I will answer questions to the best of my ability. I know that I DON'T know it all. I will do my best never to mislead or misrepresent what I see as the facts and what I know as true. Fair enough? One thing I won't do is give you a "cut and paste" generic answer that's the same for every question (unlike some people).
