I have a friend who’s a US cotizen that is getting married in the philippines, but according to the court over their, he would need a document called “legal capacity to marry.” The philippine AND US embassy in the philippines are temporarily closed due to covid. Is it possible to obtain it here in the US. If so, which department/agency should i call? Any help would be appreciated. 

I just wanna know what website i could use to interact with my students, like sending them e-mails and homeworks, giving them detailed schedules in a unified calendar, where we can exchange messages if they need to ask any questions, much like how community colleges have there own websites for student-teacher interactions.

i have a foreign hs diploma and the school here in america needs to have it evaluated before i could start school. Problem is. i do 't know how it works. do i mail it to their office or do i go to their office and drop it there? do i put it in an envelope put a stamp on it or do i leave it as is with the application, diploma money order?
