  • I got a low ATAR, how do I re-do it?

I got a very low ATAR when I graduated, I ignored my studies but as I've matured over the years I've decided to take my first steps towards understanding what I need to do to start studying a course which requires an ATAR

  • Caffeine Withdrawal Symptoms Duration?

I'd like to know how long my caffeine withdrawal symptoms will last.

Given that I've been consuming roughly 760mg of caffeine daily for the past couple of years, I was wondering how long it would take for these caffeine withdrawals to pass.

I'm currently on my 7th day of cold turkey and it's been one of the most difficult things I've done.

My worst symptom would be an ache that I believe to be related to sinus pressure above my right eye. It's quite painful and hasn't left me since I stopped having caffeine in my diet 7 days ago. Of course this has been coupled with severe lethargy and difficulty concentrating.

The pain jumps around between each day from bad to tolerable (It hasn't been steadily declining). This wouldn't be an issue if any of the pain relief I had worked but neither my Ibuprofen or Paracetamol products have worked (even in excess reccomended dosage).

Any shared experiences would be appreicated :)
