What do you prefer : result-oriented hard-work or instictive brilliance?

The first guy is good at work, works hard and delivers results.
The second guy believes in taking action on the run, and delivers results.

You can't choose both or a combination.

"instictive brilliance" will always run the risk of being a bit scattered. I prefer the reliable, hard working because you'll always know what to expect and that makes for a feeling of security and stability.
