Dear Yahoo! answers team?

I just saw this thing you guys answered about being a featured user on the Yahoo! answers masthead. You said that you were planning on picking users below level five, but were interesting anyway. What qualifies as interesting? What is the basis for being a featured user?

Tht's why I didn't ask you! Yahoo! answers team are the people responsible fo management and all changes to Yahoo! answers (I think...). I saw a question about having your name as the featured user on the masthead, and the Yahoo! answers team answered it (it wasn't my question).

Yes, as you correctly recall, we are planning on having some "interesting" users who aren't necessarily super-top-gun scorers. Many folks have thoughtful and witty contributions here, even if they don't have the time or inclination to rack up 10,000+ points. "Interesting" could include folks who display fine reasoning, compelling life experience, a neat sense of humor, or other good qualities that we haven't anticipated.

By the way, we've answered a similar question today that was focused specifically on the point-reward scale, so that answer focused on high-point members. The low-point-user features plan still stands.
