A really good suspence/horror novel that I loved was "Lost Boy Lost Girl." I highly recommend it :)
Curious Girl
Timeline by Michael Crichton
Coma by Robin Cook
Mutation by Robin Cook
Davinci Code
The Scret Life of Bees by Sue Monk
Jamaica Inn By Daphne DuMaurier
These are all of the ones I can think of right now. Enjoy!!! :0)

Finding Fish - The Antwone Fisher story. 100 times better than the movie, and more thorough!
Also, Dave Pelzer's series....A Child Called It, The Lost Boy, A Man Named Dave, and The Privilege of Youth.....great strories based on his life of abuse and the foster system.

I can read Stephen King's "The Stand" over and over.
Right now I'm reading Dalton Trumbo's "Johnny Got His Gun". It is possibly the most horrific anti-war novel of all time. The movie of the same name makes up much of Metallica's "One" video.
