What is your budget? I love Disney cruise for a more moderately priced cruise line. The service is unbeatable and it is a lot of fun. The shows are fantastic and the food is delcious. I would definately recommend it.

Oceania and Crystal are some higher priced cruise lines and they are great as well. The food is fantastic and it they have some great ships. I would also recommend these.

For a lower priced budget Carnival would be the least expensive, but Royal Caribbean, NCL, Princess, are slightly higher in price, but in my opinion well worth the difference.
