I received an email and need to know how to verify if the source is legitimate.  Yahoo is unable to do this for me.  I am unable to send a reply, as they will not respond to correspondence. When I did reply, I got no response.

There is an attachment to a web interview system - "corporateoverview.com" . I am not certain this is for real, since I cannot verify the originating source.  

If this is all trusting, I need to get in on the web interview.  I just cannot seem to verify the source, and do not want to expose myself to a scam.  Even the sender's return address is ---@247interview.com.  Just seems a bit fishy to me.

I have attempted to research the person (Mr. Vice Pres.) who sent the email, as well as the interviewing system company, but have had no luck.  

Any tricks to detecting a phony email by viewing headers or whatever?  

Your advice would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.

Its a spoof for sure. 
Because the website does not look legitamate at any cost. There is no link on that website that says "who those people are"

if you visit any legitimate website, then there is always a like that says "About..." 

I could also not find their information on any whois websites, which means that those websites i.e corporateinternview.com  and 247interview.com are all registered under some hidden domain.. which is totally fishy..

i would say, do not trust it.
