One item at a time. Switch to whole wheat bread. Then switch to whole wheat spaghetti. Then buy foods without added sugar. Then try to buyer lower fats cuts of meat.
Do it a little bit at a time and it will be easy!!!

It's really too hard for me to do it because I'm so busy. I end up looking in the mirror to see how fat I am and if I feel fat I go for a three mile run.

eat vggis and hrdly any meat !! take vitamins and trhow out all of the crap food
