Okay I am using an example now you want to do something you have been looking forward to it but your friends don't want you to do you just not do it even though they don't have a good reason to stop you from doing it or do you just do it cause well you have been looking forward to do it

By all means follow what you want, girl. If they won't even give you a good reason for not doing what you want to do, then why not do it? True friends would encourage you in something you really want to do, even if they might not want to. Everyone has their own opinions and beliefs. Don't let other people's opinions influence yours, even if you think they might be mad at you for it. The last thing you need to be is a doormat. Focus on making your own choices and doing what you think is right. Your friends may be your friends, but they don't know everything. And they certainly don't (and shouldn't) control you.
