Why does Kanye West think so highly of himself? Do you think he belongs in the Bible? He seems to think so.?
I've been hearing all this stuff about how Kanye West thinks he is going to "revolutionize" music, and how he said “I changed the sound of music more than one time… For all those reasons, I’d be a part of the Bible. I’m definitely in the history books already.”
Why does he think that?
What has he really done for music? How is his sound different (to the untrained ear, not the seasoned hip hop fan) than all the other rap stars out there? What has he ever done to earn himself a place in the Bible? Is there something I am missing? Because really, when I listen to "Gold Digger" I just don't understand what the big deal is.

to corsicanruler- interesting, to make comparisons between Kanye and Michael Jackson and Tom Cruise...I think the difference is that the latter two may not be respected, but they are still in the public eye, and I hope that Kanye will fade out....soon!
to Tariq777- I don't care how he changed "the rap game." Honestly. He says that he changed MUSIC AS A WHOLE. He thinks be belongs IN THE BIBLE. I don't see any reason why ANY musician, rap or rock or anything else, belongs in the Bible. You are proving my point exactly-- he changed RAP, but that is not enough to command the respect that he demands! Oh and PS I like rock, but I have no respect or admiration for Marilyn Manson at all-- and MM didn't say he belonged in the Bible, that's just Kanye's big head.
