Could a very dull pain in your lower abdomen be an early sign of pregnancy?

We are trying to conceive and I have had a very dull pain - (I don't know if you can even call it pain but more of a dull feeling?)since ovulation - can this be an early sign of pregnancy? Has anyone else ever ecperienced this?

No, I have had six pregnancies and the only kind of thing like that I have experienced is mild cramping in the first few weeks. If the pain continues I would see your doctor.

a dull pain in the lower abdomen could be symptom of complications of pregnancy, like ectopic pregnancy

they say some women feel "implantation cramping" the first week after conception. most people don't notice tho because it can be explained away by something else. if you don't start your period in the next month, buy a test.

I don't believe the feeling is early sign. it's probably cramping from your period fixing to start. but don't lose hope on my 3 child I spotted for 3 days .Thinking I had my period it never dawned on me ,so going to the DR. for the new birth control patch imagine my surprise when he wants to talk about my due date.
