Okay we have fair goverment, we have many rights, fair paying jobs, and are able to do anything as long as law isn't broken so how come so many of us whine when there are people in other countries who have it way worse is this a problem or is it just me cause I think we take to much for granted so do you think life is bad or are we just whinning way to much?

People will always find something to complain about. They could live in the largest house, eat the best food, be in a loving relationship, have more money than they know what to do with and still they'd moan about how annoying opening a milk carton is or how they're irritated by a tune on a commercial. It's human nature and it's not necessarily a bad thing. If noone ever complained, (whether about war and famine or the people next door playing their music too loudly), nobody would ever try to change anything.

Life is what you make of it. You are totally in control of that (unless you are living in a domineering or fascist place), because being upset about the world is an emotional response you give. You have an option to enjoy life, but not every one wants that; some people prefer to be miserable, because it's much easier to blend into the angst, it gives them something to think about, to make life seem less boring. Basically, YES, we whine too much...

i think that it's a little bit of both. It's hard to see life as all peaches and cream just because other people are worse off than us, but at the same time, we do have it really really good. (although some may think that our government has some serious flaws :) )
I think it is important to focus on the positives in life, because when one looks for good things, they don't have time to look at all the bad things.
