Firstly,, Select any DAtabase System like MS Acess, MS SQL 2000, My SQL, Oracle , Sybase, etc, whatever which comfortable to u,,and after that create table with required fields and after that put Data in the table with INSERT query,,,,and for further assistance ,Contact me :-)
