The wavelength of visible light is in the range of 400 to 700 nanometers (nm) from Blue to Red colour
Orange light has a wavelength of 620 nm

The color of the objects which we see are largely due to the way those objects interact with light and ultimately reflect or transmit it to our eyes. The color of an object is not actually within the object itself; rather, the color is in the light which shines upon it and is ultimately reflected or transmitted to our eyes. An object absorbs the colors that are the same and reflects the rest of the light for us to see. So, to answer your question an orange is every color except orange.
