How could I be at my daily limit for rating answers???

Question

I haven't answered many questions lately because I've been spending loads of time at another site. I've also not rated ANY questions in the past couple of days. I just went to rate one and it said I had reached my daily limit for rating answers. How can that happen? Is anyone else experiencing that, or is it just me? Is it a glitch? Geez! That's frustrating.

I experienced something similar; I had rated about two or three, but the limit is much more. I agree, it is frustrating!

I got the same answer  so I tried again and the next time I got "Oops
Failed to pass the network security check. Please sign out first and sign in."

I did nothing of that sort, just refreshed the page.

Haven't tried rating though.
