Personally rain can be very calming and especially when your alone. You can curl up and read a magazine, watch a movie without inturruptions, try a new hair style and make up but whatever you find to do find yourself as your doing it! cheer up and have fun
i just cuddle up with my dog and watch the rain fall down. it is very peacefull. also you can just call your friends and have them come over. if you have a poruch, just grab a lawn chair and sit down and watch the rain fall (if it is not thundering or lighting). you could read, listen to muisc, get in the computer, anything you can do inside. invite your friends over and watch a scary movie and eat junk food. there is nothing better than watching scarys movie's and eating junk food on a rainy day!!
same here! i too feel depressed in the rainy season! but good movies and tasty food keeps me going! also if you like reading books or listening music it could help! but nothing helps more than being with a loved one! thats the best therapy ever!
