For Mothers, Need Advice for Christian Mommies group?

Hi there. I am starting a Christian Mommys Morning every Wed after a 1/2 mass to connect mothers and mothers to be. We will discuss raising our children the mass etc. Also for those who might need one of us to go over to help at home. This is the first time doing something like this.

Have any of you had experience in this type of group? It's not just a drop in. I really want mothers to derive some good out of this.

I'm already looking into books for mothers like how to have a peacful home and soul or prayers for mothers

Any thoughts, ideas? Thanks in advance.

Actually I should also ask you, what would you expect to talk about or like to discuss.

i would be brave and discuss things like depression, postpartum and otherwise, and coping with stress, things like that. so many women feel like they can't talk about how overwhelmed they feel ans so say nothing, when a little support and encouragement would help so much.
the group at my church mainly is a social/ support group, where people can talk about what's happening in their lives. it's a lifesaver for a lot of housebound moms.
i guess you need to figure out what your goal is - do you want to be a discussion group, a support group, a bible study, what? pick a focus.
