Squads are good for the lower stomach.
And for the upper arms do the following below:
1.Biceps curls (2minutes) using five lbs dumbbells:
2.Lateral raises (2minutes)using five lbs dumbbells:
3.Triceps stretch (4minutes) using five lbs dumbbells:
4.The plank (3minutes) lie flat on the floor, on your stomach prop your upper body up on your elbows, forearms facing front. Next, come up slightly onto your knees, toes on the floor. Finally lift up onto just your toes, keeping abdominals tucked to support your lower back, hold as long as you can, then relax back down onto the floor.
5.Modified push-up (4minutes).

Fat cannot be reduced on a regional level. You can't lose more fat on 1 part of the body by working it out harder than another. So you need to concentrate on anerobic, or weight training, both your arms and legs to build muscle mass, reduce your body fat ratio, and increase your metabolism. Mixed with a healthy diet and a good cardio routine, you should notice improvement.

Running and dumbells will make your muscles fill in the area that is just flabby. It will make your skin tighter and make you look better overall. Also if you want your muscle to show more, then remember this.

The heavy dumbells are for increase in muscle.
The light dumbells are for increase in muscle's appearence.
Running does both, but if you want to increase your strength then try leg curls and such.

Try doing 10 reps of arm rows with lightweights - for legs, depending on how old your kids are, put them on your legs and do leg lifts. You can also do leg presses with the kids if they are old enough and have good balance.

Try Palates, or weight lifting to tone up your arms and try jogging or running for help with your thighs and buttocks area
