Ok, if he had kissed you first in the hottub i dont think it would be weird becasue he had kissed you already you dont want to take it to far this summer but take it slow just a little bit at one time

If you want to kiss him then go for it and let him have it girl. Ask him if you can kiss him or surprize him and lay it on him. It is up to you and do what you think is right.
